Refund & Return Policy – Aura of Abundance
We are committed to providing handcrafted products with care and quality. Here is our policy regarding returns and refunds:
1. Returns:
- Returns accepted only for unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
- Email your return request to auraofabundance231@gmail.com with order details.
2. Refunds:
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is inspected.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will replace or refund as applicable.
4. Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
